OUT OF PROVINCE INTEREST: Participation in the CanREACH mini-fellowship training is restricted to Primary Care Providers residing and practicing in Alberta, in accordance with our programs funding parameters. DO NOT register for this course if you are not an Alberta based Primary Care Provider. If you reside outside of Alberta, we suggest that you directly contact The REACH Institute, https://thereachinstitute.org/, to learn more about what options they have for attending a mini-fellowship training outside of Alberta, or other options for training, that they offer.

You may select the out of Province option to be added to the ‘out of province providers expression of interest’ list that we keep should our parameters around participant registration change in the future.
